Population Override

I was reading a blog about the worlds population problem; at this site; http://mwillett.org/Politics/bigprob1.htm
Although I do not agree with the part about cripples, as there is nothing harmful about them, they simply cannot use there legs and I think that what he said about them was rude, I do agree with the fact that the world population is a problem!!! We already have birth restrictions in China, so why not the rest of the world. However, people should adopt instead of making more babies. If they adopt, that will be one less homeless child. And there should be a rule that say that people can have two children, and then adopt as many as they want. Because adopting is not raising the population, it would actually be lessening the population, because the child they adopt is already apart of the population and stops them from adding another child to the population.
So please read the link and let me know what you think about the population problem.
